4-H BBQ Supper Fundraiser
The 4-H Harvest Celebration Dinner, our 2nd annual CTA/4-H Scholarship fund raiser dinner will be held on Friday, September 3 at Sand Ridge Park in Roy (4400 S 2100 W). Our menu will emphasize the bounty from Weber County’s harvest and include a choice of beef brisket or pulled pork, Dutch oven potatoes, fruit and veggies, rolls, dessert, and beverage.
Texas Pride BBQ will prepare the barbecue and Maureen Baugh will cook our Dutch oven potatoes. Entertainment will be provided by Saddle Strings. Tickets include dinner and the performance! Prices are: Adults - $10 ($12 at the door); Children $6 ($8 at the door); children 2 and under are free.
As an outstanding 4-H member and volunteer, you can help by:
- Selling tickets
- Posting flyers around your community
- Be part of the set up, serving crew or clean-up crew
- Help secure sponsors to donate food, paper goods, or money to help underwite the cost of the event

Proceeds provide scholarships and educational opportunities for Weber County 4-H members through the Utah Commitment to Agriculture Foundation.
The Commitment to Agriculture Foundation is partnering with Weber County 4-H to conduct this fundraiser to provide academic scholarships and club awards. Our 2010 scholarship recipients are Nikki Mobley and Samantha Williams. Youth in ALL project areas will be eligible for the scholarship. Part of the criteria in selecting scholarship recipients will be involvement in the annual fundraiser.
